Who We Are

Lee & Truter Attorneys is a women and queer-owned law firm based in Cape Town, South Africa. We specialise in South African immigration law and notarial services, assisting both local and international clients with a range of legal and administrative processes.

We guide our clients through each step with clarity and care, ensuring that they understand both the legal process and the practical realities involved.

We assist clients both locally and internationally across a broad range of immigration and notarial matters, including:

  • Temporary Residence Visa Applications
  • Permanent Residence Applications
  • South African Citizenship Applications

  • Immigration Appeals and Administrative Reviews
