About Us

Directors of Lee & Truter Immigration Attorneys, Anke Truter and Megan Lee

Lee and Truter Attorneys is a proudly female and queer-owned immigration and notary law firm based in Cape Town.

At Lee and Truter Attorneys, we understand that navigating the process of visa and permanent residence applications can be overwhelming. We therefore aim to guide you through every step of the immigration process with the combined expertise of two longtime friends and passionate legal practitioners.

Our friendship was forged during law school and over the years, our paths intertwined professionally, tackling diverse challenges and celebrating shared successes. In 2024, we therefore decided to realise our shared vision: to create an immigration and notary law firm where legal expertise meets genuine empathy, and where we can offer each client peace of mind and credible legal advice.
